Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring an experienced HVAC Mechanic Foreman for a commercial project in Jacksonville, AL. We're looking for a reliable leader who can interpret prints, lead a crew, and ensure ductwork and HVAC systems are installed to spec and on schedule.

Work Scope Includes:

• Reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and project layouts

• Supervising and leading a crew of HVAC installers

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork, setting hangers, and supporting equipment installation

• Coordinating material needs and ensuring safe, efficient workflow on-site

• Maintaining site safety and quality standards at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience, with foreman or lead experience required

• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

• Must have own hand tools, an impact drill, and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, boots)

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
