Work with a recruiter who's invested in your success. CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced Journeyman Pipe Fitters for long-term work on commercial and industrial job sites throughout Orlando & Winter Garden.

Position: Pipe Fitter / Instalador de Tuberias

Reports to: Piping Foreman / Reporta a: Supervisor de Tuberias

Job Responsibilities / Responsabilidades del Trabajo:

• Read blueprints and schematics to plan pipe layouts / Leer planos y esquemas para planificar la instalacion

• Install, repair, and maintain piping systems / Instalar, reparar y mantener sistemas de tuberias

• Weld, thread, cut, and bend pipes to fit specs / Soldar, roscar, cortar y doblar tuberias segun especificaciones

• Test for leaks using gauges and diagnostic tools / Probar fugas con medidores y herramientas de diagnostico

• Collaborate with welders, plumbers, and other trades / Colaborar con soldadores, plomeros y otros oficios

• Operate tools and equipment safely / Operar herramientas y equipos de forma segura

• Maintain records of work completed and materials used / Registrar el trabajo completado y los materiales utilizados

Additional Duties / Funciones Adicionales:

• Inspect installations for compliance with drawings and codes / Inspeccionar instalaciones segun planos y codigos

• Support testing, commissioning, and corrections / Apoyar pruebas, puesta en marcha y correcciones

• Identify and report safety risks and incidents / Identificar y reportar riesgos e incidentes de seguridad

• Coordinate material availability and inventory / Coordinar la disponibilidad de materiales

Requirements / Requisitos:

• 4+ years commercial/industrial pipefitting experience / 4+ anos de experiencia en plomeria industrial o comercial

• Able to interpret blueprints, specs, and schematics / Saber leer planos y especificaciones

• OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred) / OSHA 10 requerido (OSHA 30 preferido)

• Must bring all hand tools and PPE / Traer herramientas manuales y equipo de proteccion

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb, and kneel / Capaz de levantar 50 libras, doblarse, subir escaleras y arrodillarse
