Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for new construction residential work in Stuart, FL. We're looking for reliable mechanics who are comfortable working independently and have the tools and skills needed to complete sheet metal installations with minimal supervision.

Work Scope Includes:

• Performing all phases of residential sheet metal work

• Installing, hanging, and sealing ductwork according to project specs

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and layouts

• Keeping a clean, organized jobsite while following all safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sheet metal experience, preferably residential

• Must have sheet metal tools, hand tools, and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Ability to work independently with little supervision

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
