Position: Pipe Welder / Posicion: Soldador de Tuberias

Scope of Work / Alcance del Trabajo:

• Blueprint Reading / Interpretacion de Planos:

Read and interpret pipe schematics and project specs / Leer planos y esquemas de tuberias

• Prep & Fit-Up / Preparacion y Ensamble:

Cut, measure, align and prep piping before welding / Cortar, medir, alinear y preparar las tuberias antes de soldar

• Welding Processes / Procesos de Soldadura:

TIG, MIG, and Stick welding of stainless, carbon steel, and alloy pipe / Soldadura TIG, MIG, y Stick de acero inoxidable, al carbono y aleaciones

• Quality Control / Control de Calidad:

Visual & non-destructive weld inspection and adjustments as needed / Inspeccion visual y pruebas no destructivas con ajustes necesarios

• Safety / Seguridad:

Follow all OSHA regulations & PPE usage / Cumplir con todas las normas OSHA y uso de EPP

• Tool Maintenance / Mantenimiento de Herramientas:

Requirements / Requisitos:

• 3+ years experience in TIG, MIG, and Stick pipe welding / 3+ anos de experiencia en soldadura de tuberia

• Ability to pass visual and NDT weld inspections / Capacidad de pasar inspecciones visuales y NDT

• Familiarity with carbon steel, stainless, and alloy materials / Familiaridad con acero al carbono, inoxidable y aleaciones
