Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in North Olmsted, OH. This role is ideal for a mechanic who can install ductwork, lay out work for helpers, and lead a small crew on-site. While not a formal foreman role, this position does require proven leadership experience in the field.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork

• Laying out daily work and tasks for a small crew of helpers

• Ensuring duct runs and supports meet project specs and mechanical drawings

• Coordinating material needs and maintaining site organization

• Following all site safety protocols and keeping work areas clean

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience installing ductwork

• Proven experience leading or overseeing a small crew (must be able to direct helpers and keep workflow on track)

• Must have own hand tools, an impact drill, and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

• Reliable transportation
