Location: Gainesville, FL

Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Gainesville, FL. We're looking for dependable duct installers who can hit the ground running. On your first day, you'll help unload all ductwork and materials from the truck, then move right into hanging and installing.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork

• Assisting with unloading and staging materials on the first day

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and layouts

• Setting hangers, supports, and equipment as needed

• Following all safety protocols and keeping the jobsite clean and organized

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience, specifically with duct installation

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Ability to lift and move materials safely

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and good attendance

• Reliable transportation
