Reports to the Vice President
We're looking for a people-first, results-driven leader to join us as a Machine Safety Manager. In this key role, you'll lead a growing team, drive strategic sales and operational performance, and promote a culture rooted in safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do:
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
Inspire and support a team of 5-10 professionals. Provide coaching, mentorship, and clear direction while fostering a positive and engaged work culture.
Drive Strategic Growth
Collaborate with Business Development and branch leadership to meet and exceed revenue goals. Actively lead sales efforts, develop new customer relationships, and expand our market presence in Machine Safety Services.
Be a Machine Safety Champion
Guide clients and team members in delivering solutions that meet the highest safety standards. Perform and oversee risk assessments, design safeguarding measures, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks.
Ensure Operational Excellence
Oversee daily team functions, align departments to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction, and continuously look for ways to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
Shape the Long-Term Vision
Contribute to strategic planning at both the branch and corporate levels. Analyze market trends and internal data to make informed, forward-thinking decisions.
Represent the Company with Pride
Act as a leader both internally and externally representing our branch in community initiatives, trade associations, and industry forums.

What You Bring to the Table:
Leadership & Management
Experience managing teams with a strong focus on development and accountability
Servant leadership mindset with a collaborative and supportive style
Ability to inspire and align teams toward shared goals
Machine Safety Expertise
Practical understanding of machine safety systems and standards
TUV SUD certification preferred; TUV NORD and ANSI B11 LMSS familiarity also a huge plus.
Ability to assess, design, and implement machine safeguarding strategies in complex environments
Technical & Industry Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Building Science, etc.) or equivalent Journeyman experience
Minimum 10 years' experience in Machine Safety, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field
Strong conceptual thinking with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
Customer-Centric Mindset
Proven ability to build lasting client relationships based on trust, service, and results
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
