Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager of Integrations at PCF, you will spearhead the seamless assimilation of acquired insurance brokerages into our corporate framework. Your role involves cultivating and nurturing relationships with newly acquired agencies, acting as a vital bridge between agency principals and corporate executives during the integration journey. We seek a collaborative leader with exceptional project management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to establish innovative practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive the software systems integration process for acquired insurance brokerages into PCF's corporate platforms.
  • Help to enhance/streamline our end-2-end process identifying and timelining necessary milestones to complete integration of all PCF software offerings.
  • Software systems include Salesforce, Vertafore, Office 365, Agent Sync
  • Effectively communicate with Agency Principles and PCF internal engineering teams to drive the end-2-end software integration lifecycle tp completion.
  • Handle software integration escalations and work collaboratively for fast and efficient resolutions, while maintaining accurate up to date software integrations tracking tools.
  • Present status, delays, and escalations in reoccurring progress meetings to Agency Principles and internal integration teams.
  • Prepare high level executive summaries on progress and status of agency integrations.
  • Continual improvement in our integration processes and documentation resulting in more timely and accurate integration results.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
  • 8 + years of relevant experience
  • 5+ in insurance industry experience (carrier, agency or brokerage)
  • Experience in business integrations following the sale or purchase of a business/brokerage
  • Could consider someone who has done significant integrations in other industries
  • Ability to travel (10%-20% If necessary)
  • Strong Microsoft Office and other typical corporate workplace skills.

Additional Information:

  • This is a Hybrid position for those located within commutable distance of Lindon, UT. WFH days will depend on current business and project needs.
