We're looking for a Millwright Journeyman to join the team at our Mosinee, WI mill. In this role, you'll handle maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment installs-making sure everything runs smoothly and safely, following all the necessary rules and procedures.

Starting pay is $37.62 an hour, plus shift differentials: an extra $0.75/hour for 2nd shift and $0.90/hour for 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and prioritize work assignments to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

• Utilization of maintenance strategies including preventative and predictive maintenance.

• Apply safety standards/safety absolutes on a continuous basis.

• Perform routine tasks such as: lubrication of machinery, bearing and seal replacements, roll changes, and cleaning of parts during overhauls and preventative maintenance routes

• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, pumping, and steam systems, overhead hoists, and cranes

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid journeyman card, indicating successful completion of an accredited apprenticeship program in maintenance, millwright, pipefitter, or equivalent.

• Preference will be given to candidates who have a technical degree, have completed advanced mechanical training, and/or have welding certification.

• Pass pre-employment testing, drug screening, and physical assessment

• The ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime

Work Schedule and Location

• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday and must have flexibility to work including nights, weekends, holidays.
