**Position Summary:**

The Commercial Entry-Level Glazier installs doors, windows, and glass systems for commercial projects. This role supports the Commercial Sales team by delivering high-quality installations on time, assisting other departments when needed, and maintaining a professional appearance and work ethic.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install commercial glass, windows, and doors under supervision

- Assist with unloading materials, shop/worksite prep, and general labor

- Perform caulking, glazing, and basic hardware tasks

- Report supply/tool issues and clean work vehicles/shop daily

- Follow company safety procedures and handbook policies

- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance

- Complete work with minimal supervision and within expected timeframes

**Requirements:**

- Must be 18+ with a valid drivers license

- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math

- Comfortable with power tools and physical labor (lift 75+ lbs)

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Preferred: High school diploma and 1+ year of construction experience

**Working Conditions:**

- Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions

- Full-time hours with some overtime as needed

- Moderate to high noise levels typical of construction sites
