We need general farm labor to assist with our farming operation. Employees will need to help till, plant and raise wheat, canola, soybeans and sunflowers. Employees will operate all farm equipment including farm trucks and tractors. Complete farmyard upkeep including building maintenance and repair. Complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Haul harvested crops from fields to storage locations. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial trucking is required. Employer may provide a performance based incentive bonus at the end of the contract at employer's discretion.
Must be able to lift 75lbs equipment and other implements. Require a regular driver's license and 3 months experience.
In view of the statutorily established basic function of the Employment Service (ES) as a no-fee labor exchange
that is as a forum for bringing together employers and job seekers, neither the Employment and Training
Administration (ETA) nor the State Workforce Agencies (SWA) are guarantors of the accuracy or truthfulness of
information contained on job orders submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited
upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a SWA is in any way a party.
