Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools
of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring
equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig
trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up
rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers.
No minimum education requirement. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Frequent stooping is
required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Must be able to speak,
understand, and read English at a basic level of literacy. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the
liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal
background check.
