Operate farm equipment and implements used to plant the crop in the spring, monitor crops during the growing season, and harvest the crops when mature.
Transport commodities.
General maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.
General maintenance and upkeep of facilities and grounds.
We are responsible for summer mowing of four farmyards including the one occupied by the worker.
May be responsible for doing minor livestock chores.
May be responsible to cut, rake, bale and put up hay on small acreage.
May include fencing and fencing repairs.
Employment may be terminated for the following reasons: Repeated absenteeism or tardiness, Violation of safety protocols, Failure to perform job duties satisfactorily, Misconduct or insubordination and Substance abuse on the job and operating machinery and vehicles.
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Operator License Class D Candidate will have 60 days to obtain.
In view of the statutorily established basic function of the Employment Service (ES) as a no-fee labor exchange
