Traveling Superintendent
Location: Projects are located across the U.S.
Pay: $130,000 - $160,000 + project-based bonus + full ESOP
Schedule: Full-time, Nationwide travel required

They are looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead large-scale, ground-up projects from start to finish across the United States.
What you get to do:
Lead and oversee all phases of construction on ground-up industrial projects
Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedule and safety standards
Partner with Project Managers to develop site logistics and build plans
Maintain daily reports, coordinate inspections, and monitor quality assurance
Enforce company safety programs and promote a positive jobsite culture
What you need to succeed:
Must be willing to travel to projects all across the United States
5+ years as a Lead Superintendent on large-scale (100,000+ sq ft) ground-up builds
Experience with Industrial, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Cold Storage, or Data Center / Mission Critical projects
Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel
Valid driver's license
Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
