Responsibilities Include: Install, repair, and replace various types of residential roofing systems (asphalt shingles, metal, etc.) Ensure all installations meet company standards and local building codes Work safely at heights and follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines Maintain a clean and organized job site, showing respect for the customer's property Communicate professionally with customers and team members Inspect roofing systems and report any issues or potential concerns Properly load, unload, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment Qualifications: 2+ years of roofing installation or construction experience Ability to work on roofs and at heights for extended periods High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Knowledge of roofing materials, flashing, underlayment, and ventilation systems Proficiency with hand and power tools (nail guns, circular saws, etc.) Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in varying weather conditions Ready to Join Our Team?
