Proven leadership experience in EV charging, smart home technology, or data center environments. Experience in recruiting, hiring, and team building is essential. Experience in sales support, including translating technical knowledge into customer insights. Experience in evaluating, managing, or contributing to mergers and acquisitions is a strong plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Ability to work effectively in diverse environments, including high places, confined spaces, and all weather conditions.
