What You'll Do Lead renovation and upgrade projects on active propertiesno two days are the same. Work hands-on with demolition, carpentry, painting, and light plumbing/electrical tasks. Support and mentor your crew, helping them grow while keeping projects on track. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring materials and timelines stay aligned. Partner with the Project Manager to plan, budget, and execute work efficiently. Communicate with property managers and tenants to minimize disruptions and keep things running smoothly. What You Bring Solid experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical work. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents. At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory roleor ready to take that step. Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
