Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil CAD Drafter position include: Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in civil drafting, preferably in land development Proficiency in Civil 3D (MicroStation a plus) Create design and construction documents for residential, commercial, and institutional land development projects Develop layouts including placement of roads, buildings, and utilities Perform grading design for site stability and proper drainage Design effective drainage systems in compliance with local codes and ADA standards Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure plan accuracy Salary: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
