Your Role as Lead Fire Alarm Technician:

Supervise and mentor a crew of 3-5 installers and Level I/II techs

Install and oversee wire pulls, device terminations, panel hookups, and testing

Read and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and wiring schematics

Conduct inspections and lead final testing of full systems

Handle panel programming, troubleshooting, and system certification

Maintain documentation, track materials, and report project progress

Communicate with GC's, PMs, and end-users to ensure project satisfaction

Ensure full code compliance and uphold best practices per NFPA 72

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Who We're Looking For:

Active Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL)

4+ years of commercial fire alarm installation experience

Proven experience leading a team on the jobsite

High-level troubleshooting and programming skills

Strong knowledge of NFPA 72 and local codes

Experience with suppression systems a plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass drug screen and background check
