**About the Role**:

- As an Asphalt Seal Coating Laborer, you'll be a vital part of our team, assisting with a wide range of tasks, including asphalt, seal coating, crack filling, line striping, and operating basic equipment.

- You'll be expected to follow instructions, work safely, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

- This role offers the opportunity to learn new skills, gain experience in a hands-on environment, and contribute to the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assisting with Construction/Project Tasks:**

- - Loading and unloading materials and equipment

- Operating hand tools and power tools (under supervision)

- Assisting with cleaning and preparing parking lots

- **General Labor Tasks:**

- - Performing manual labor tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials

- Cleaning up debris and trash from work areas

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Required good driving record Chauffeurs license a plus

- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus

**Compensation**:

- Pay range $20-$25 per hour based on experience.
