Biodiesel Loader/Operator

Insight Global is looking for a Biodiesel Operator to work for a biodiesel plant in Newton, Iowa. This group is responsible for making sure the product is shipped and received from the facility. The main responsibility of this person will be to monitor and improve quality control of the plants shipping and receiving. Day to Day this person will be safely loading products for shipment into railcars and trucks, acquiring, titration testing, labeling and storing the product to make sure it gets where it needs to be.

Compensation:

$21/hr to $26/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

1+ year of experience working in on a farm, as a laborer or in a warehouse or shipping and receiving facility

Ability to operate a forklift, locomotive, pallet jack, pallet wrapper, and rail switches

Ability to lift 100+ pounds Forklift certification null
