Responsibilities:
Set up and run robotic welding machines to weld steel components.
Load parts into the machine and remove finished pieces after each cycle.
Watch and listen for anything unusual during the weld process and make adjustments if needed.
Touch up welds manually using MIG welding tools when required.
Inspect finished work using measuring tools to ensure it meets the correct specifications.
Keep your workspace clean and follow safety procedures every step of the way.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Experience operating robotic welding machines
Ability to adjust or program robotic machine settings
Familiarity with MIG welding techniques
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or metal fabrication
Experience using calipers, gauges, or other measuring tools
Comfortable working in environments that can be hot, loud, or dusty
Education:
High School

Qualifications:
Basic experience with welding tools or machinery
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely
Willingness to wear eye/ear protection and follow safety guidelines
Strong attendance and reliable transportation
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Willing to work occasional overtime, including some weekends
Able to follow written instructions and measure accurately
Positive attitude and willingness to work both independently and with a team
