Monday-Friday Job Title: Mig Welder Pro Resources is hiring for a company that has developed and manufactures CLASS, the next generation in vehicle suspension systems. They are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join their team as a Welder. Job Summary: As a Welder, y ou will be tasked with utilizing various welding techniques to ensure the structural integrity and quality of metal components. Precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards are essential in this role. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform related duties as assigned by Management.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Apply tools from Lean Manufacturing to solve problems and make improvements.
• Preform daily set up and machine inspections on MIG welding machines.
• Assemble and weld parts per print.
• Weld/Fabricate service parts per prints as directed by Welding Supervisor.

Education/Work Experience:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates punctual, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Must have a knowledge of weld symbols and print reading.
• 1+ year welding or fabrication experience is preferred.
