Toll Brothers City Living has an outstanding opportunity for a highly qualified Senior High-Rise Superintendent to lead our luxury multi-family residential project in West New York, New Jersey.
What is the opportunity? This opportunity is for an organized, technically proficient individual with deep experience in multifamily construction. What are the primary responsibilities?
- Monitor subcontractors for compliance with schedule and quality
- Prepare 8 week look ahead for job site activities
- Maintain Delivery and Hoist Schedule
- Review progress and communicate issues with the project Foreman
- Review the past months activities and issues with Development Manager
- Enforce all safety issues on site and act as first responder for any field issues
- When field issues arise, keep track with pictures and/or tickets if deemed necessary
- Review AIA and approve percentages of work completed
- Schedule inspections
- Understand where the coordination process is in relation to the project timeline to maintain pace
- Read and know all approved submittals
- Maintain contractor punch lists for completion
- Maintain all ships logs, review, and sign any T&M tickets

The salary for this position is $111,000-$147,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus and a monthly mobile device allowance.
