Payroll/Office Administrator
M-F 7am-4pm
Payroll
Weekly data entry, scanning and filing of approx.160 time cards.
Uploading of certified payroll into LCP Tracker and other certified payroll portals
Manual certified payroll submission.
Review and categorize daily reports.
Assist with skilled and trained workforce reporting requirements.
Assist with OCIP reporting requirements.
Manage absence request calendars and update when notified.
Update employee roster with new hire/termination information.
Support other payroll and compliance duties as needed including audits and Corporate reporting.
Reception
Answer low volume incoming calls. Ability to inquire and deduce problem and route as needed. Greet visitors at the front and communicate their presence. Sign for deliveries and deliver to employees.
Bid Log
Daily update of bids due and projects submitted using excel spreadsheet.
Inventory control
Daily stocking of copier paper, break room supplies such as plates, cups, coffee, etc.
Order and organize supplies as needed to ensure consistent supplies on hand at all times.
Maintain retail and merchandise feel of inventory supply rooms.
Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. Ability to climb stairs to second floor (no elevator in building). Advanced understanding and ability to communicate in English- phone calls may be emergency situations where effective communication is necessary.
All tasks are teachable. Individual must have attention to detail (time cards, bid log), be able to take comprehensive notes during training and use those notes to avoid errors when doing tasks.
