Job Description:
Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking for stable, long-term work with competitive pay and consistent hours? Our client, a respected leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated MIG Welder to join their team in Elkhart, IN.

This is a full-time, hands-on role supporting the production and fabrication department. Ideal candidates will have a strong eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and at least two years of MIG welding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel and other metal components according to specifications

• Inspect welds using measuring instruments and gauges to ensure quality and accuracy

• Follow safety protocols and best practices in a fast-paced production environment

• Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience required

• Proven ability to produce clean, consistent welds

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (some Fridays off)

• Must wear steel-toed boots with metatarsal protection (safety glasses and ear protection provided)

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
