My client, a trusted name in Commercial Roofing for over 15 years, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator who’s ready to take ownership of the bid process and help shape skylines across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop detailed, competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified, Coatings, Metal)

• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and site conditions to build accurate takeoffs and scopes

• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and project managers to ensure alignment from bid to build

• Evaluate vendor quotes and material costs, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers

• Identify risks, timelines, and margin opportunities to support smart bidding decisions

• Participate in pre-bid meetings, client walkthroughs, and scope clarifications

• Assist in job costing reviews, change orders, and project closeouts

• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes, tools, and workflows

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience estimating commercial roofing projects

• Expertise in roofing systems including flat, low-slope, and specialty coatings

• Strong understanding of takeoff software (e.g. Edge, Bluebeam, RoofSnap) and Excel

• Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural plans and specs

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management

• Team-oriented mindset—collaborative, coachable, and driven

• Strong communication skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams
