Residential Construction Laborers

Help Wanted: Laborer Federal Installation Eligible

We are looking for a dependable Laborer to assist with construction and renovation projects, including work on federal military installations. Applicants must be eligible to access secured federal sites and able to pass the required background checks.

Responsibilities:
Assist carpenters, foremen, and other trades as needed on job sites.
Load, unload, and move materials and equipment safely.
Perform site preparation, cleanup, and basic tasks under supervision.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Support the team to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in various conditions.
Must be able to pass background checks required for access to federal installations.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous construction or labor experience.
Familiarity with basic tools and equipment.
OSHA safety training certification.
