Full-Time / Hourly Handyman wanted in Durham County & Orange County

We are a growing real estate development company working on multiple starter home builds and residential renovation projects throughout Durham County and nearby areas. Were looking to hire a dependable handyman who can handle a wide range of basic renovation tasks across multiple job sites.

A hardworking, hands-on handyman with real experience in:
Drywall repair & installation
Basic plumbing (e.g., swapping out fixtures, unclogging drains)
Basic electrical (e.g., changing outlets/switches, installing lights)
Painting, trim work, caulking, patching, etc.
General punch list and cleanup tasks
Someone comfortable moving between multiple sites as needed
Able to work independently with little supervision
Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day renovation tasks on starter homes and flips
Complete light repairs and finish work quickly and cleanly
Communicate clearly with the project manager about progress and issues
Help keep sites safe, organized, and moving forward on schedule

Position Details:
Hourly pay competitive
Potential for long-term work if reliable and efficient
Must be legally able to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of general handyman, maintenance, or remodeling experience
Familiarity with basic residential renovation tasks
Previous experience working on investment properties or flips is a plus
