Overview:

We are seeking e ngineers with SoC and ML experience to be part of a team defining and building our next-generation AI accelerator. This role is pivotal in shaping the architectural foundation of our AI SoCs, driving innovation, and ensuring performance excellence across compute , memory, and communication subsystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ML Workload Analisys: De fine and de construct key AI workloads and prepare them for performance analysis to guide the architecture team

  • M L K ernels Development: Create and test custom ML kernels using the appropriate metrics to validate the architecture and functionality for different ML models.

  • Architectural Test Development: Develop and validate architectural tests for different aspects of the SoC that are scalable across different plaforms

  • Modeling & Performance Analysis: Develop and maintain functional models and performance analysis tools to validate functionality and optimize system performance

  • Documentation: Author comprehensive documentation including architecture specifications, programming guides, and best practice manuals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software, systems, and SoC implementation teams to ensure architectural alignment with product requirements and delivery goals.

Additional Skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS with 6+ years of experience
  • 4+ years of experience in AI and SoC background and practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with modeling techniques (functional and performance)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$161,230.00-$227,620.00

S al ary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
