Job Description As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing detailed project plans, which include timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. You will coordinate with senior project managers to ensure all project activities are aligned with the overall project goals and objectives. Your role involves scheduling and organizing project meetings to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged. Regular communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members will be essential to ensure project requirements are understood and met. You will facilitate collaboration across departments, such as marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, contracts, and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities

- Track project expenses and provide regular budget updates to senior project managers.
