Estimator

Were seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team, with a focus on supporting our carpentry operations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in constructionparticularly in drywall, taping, and/or trim finishingwhos ready to take the next step in their career.

Youll play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a wide range of commercial projects, from $50,000 tenant improvements to $5 million build-outs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on diverse projects, wed love to hear from you!

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents to prepare detailed cost estimates
• Utilize estimating software to generate accurate bids and proposals
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather pricing and scope details
• Assist in preconstruction planning and budgeting
• Support the carpentry team with insights on drywall, taping, and trim scopes

• Basic understanding of construction estimating principles
• Familiarity with drywall, taping, finishing, and trim carpentry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Proficiency with estimating software (experience with [insert software name] is a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Hands-on experience in drywall or carpentry trades
• Exposure to commercial construction projects

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
