Essential Responsibilities :
Ensure construction aligns with approved plans, codes, and quality standards; contribute to and enforce the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
Maintain site safety in compliance with corporate and regulatory standards; lead safety meetings as needed.
Track project schedules, address delays, and support timely completion of milestones.
Estimate timelines and materials for complex, multi-discipline projects; assess impacts of change requests.
Lead field staff, manage priorities, and coordinate resources to meet project goals.
Oversee subcontractors for cost, safety, schedule, and quality; manage requisitions and review invoices
Qualifications :
Five or more years of experience in heavy civil construction as a Superintendent or in a comparable supervisory role
Demonstrate a strong grasp of construction methods, documentation, budgeting, and cost control
Excel at planning and managing project schedules, identifying constructability challenges, and contributing to practical solutions
Communicate effectively while interpreting stakeholder needs and leading diverse teams with confidence
Work Conditions :
