Schedule Standard Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
(Responsibilities) This candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enforcing safety protocols on a federal construction site. Implement and maintain the projects Accident Prevention Plan (APP) in compliance with EM 385-1-1 standards. Conduct daily safety inspections and weekly safety meetings. Track and report subcontractor exposure hours and safety metrics. Coordinate with subcontractors on scheduling and safety planning. Maintain a one-week look-ahead schedule and participate in weekly coordination meetings with government and internal teams (via Microsoft Teams). Coordinate with testing consultants and survey subcontractors. Submit redlines to CAD team for closeout record drawings.Maintain accurate safety documentation and incident reporting.
(Qualification Requirements) 5+ years of construction management experience on federal projects ranging from $1M$5M in scope. (Non-Negotiable) Active EM 385-1-1 Certification (within the last 5 years) (Non-Negotiable) OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification First Aid/CPR Certification Experience with scopes such as roadway repainting, lighting upgrades, guardrail and fence repair, striping, signage, and culvert installation. Strong understanding of federal safety regulations and reporting.Ability to manage schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and lead meetings.
