Remodel construction lead

LEAD PERSON:

Job skills required:
Framing: Wall layout, frame for new windows, door, skylights.
Plumbing: Rough copper, galvanized water and gas supply, rough in drains/ through trim out, set fixtures.
Electrical: Trouble shooting/replacing sub panels/basic wiring/appliance installs.
Drywall: Hang/tape/top/texture.
Painting: Interior spray, roll walls/brush trims, cabinetry
Finish Carpentry: Moldings/cabinets: build, modifications, refacing and installation.
Job requirements:
Self-motivated and organized a must.
6 years minimum of residential remodel construction
Clean/Current Drivers License with no DUIs
Drug free/able to pass drug test
Reliable transportation/Truck
Team player/problem solver
Great work ethics
Good communication skills (English speaking)
Be up to date on current building codes
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality
Physical ability to lift and carry minimum of 90 LBS
Job duties:
Project manage/oversee subordinates
Work off drawing/plans/follow directions
Order/pick up/deliver supplies
Provide labor and tools to complete tasks
Set inspections/meet with inspectors
Communicate issues as they arise with office and client
Over see job start to finish
