HVAC Lead Installer

HVAC Lead Installer $30.00 - $40.00 an hour (depending on experience). Full-Time/ Santa Barbara

We are a locally owned HVAC company with over 27 years of serving Santa Barbara and beyond. We're hiring an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to manage mostly residential and light commercial installs across Santa Barbara.

About the Role
Installation of:
* Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and ventilation units.
* Radiant floor heating systems.
* Sheet metal ductwork as needed.

The role involves working on homes and a small percentage of commercial properties from Carpinteria to Santa Maria.

What We're Looking For:
* 5 years of HVAC installation experience.
* Ability to manage job sites and supervise 1 - 2 installers.
* Willingness to travel throughout the county in our company truck.

Compensation and Benefits:
* $30.00 to $40.00 an hour (depending on experience)
