Were looking for **motivated, skilled carpenters** to join a tight-knit crew working on high-quality residential projects. From framing to finish if you can build it, we want to talk.

**Pay:**

* \$25/hr to start
* \$30/hr after 60 days
* \$35/hr after 120 days (based on performance)

**What Were Looking For:**

* Reliable transportation is a must
* Tools preferred but we can supply what you dont have
* Experience in any of the following is a major plus:

### Job Duties:

* Custom shelving & built-ins
* Cabinet repair & installation
* Framing walls
* Hanging drywall & finish work
* Painting & touch-ups
* Installing trim, molding, and baseboards
* Flooring: LVP & carpet
* Countertop installs
* Minor electrical (e.g., ceiling fans, fixtures)
* **Tile work** (backsplashes, showers, floors)
