Contracts Coordinator

The Contracts Coordinator performs a variety of tasks leading to the execution of proposals, sales forecast, contract purchase orders, and customer data submittals in support of contractual requirements.

The Contracts Coordinator should be a great teammate, able to work comfortably and optimally with company team members as well as program collaborators and DoD contractor personnel.

In addition, the candidate may be required to attend customer meetings and assist with event/exercise support.

+ Support contract review, kick-off meeting set up and scheduling.

+ Enter and maintain data into ERP system for Contracts team to support bookings, sales forecasts and shipments.

+ Submit contractual data requirements into customer portals to ensure contract compliance and delivery schedules are met.

+ Receive customer RFPs and work with Contracts, Program Mgmt. and Proposal teams in setting up new requests and submittals.

+ Coordinates team and functional department efforts in the preparation of proposal responses to customer requests for quote. Prepares and/or supports preparation of management and cost volumes of proposals.

+ Assists in contract negotiations on assigned programs in concert with the assigned Contract Manager.

+ Develop presentations and present assigned proposals/programs to Management and customers.

+ Maintains positive communication with all company functional areas to ensure customer requests and schedules are met, while maintaining an overall perspective of the goals of the company.

+ Internal relationships include Proposal/Pricing, Business Development, Program Management, Procurement, Production, Finance, and Engineering.

**Education and Experience:**

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent

+ Associate Degree in Business Admin is preferred

+ 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred

**Bonus or Equity**

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

**Pay Range**

The salary range for this position in local currency is 35700.00 - 66300.00

**Is this role subject to ITAR?**

The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations. Accordingly, candidates must either be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or be prepared to collaborate with the company in securing the necessary U.S. government export authorizations.
