We are looking to speak with an experienced craftsman in Jacksonville, FL who has experience with Drywall, Finishing, & Painting.

Schedule: Roles are available for part time and full time work with flexible days/hours Mon. - Sat.

Job Summary: ( multiple positions available)

• Experience with hanging drywall, ceiling/wall texturing, finishing, repairs, and painting.
• Drywall repairs or new installations up to level 5 finish.
• Small to larger interior and exterior painting projects.
• Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot customer issues, and present a description of a work order to a customer.
• Determine and clearly identify proper tooling, materials, and quantities for new and existing projects.

• Related job opportunity or activities for those with additional skills:
  • Regularly work with fixtures of wood, plywood and wallboard.
  • Cut, shape, install building materials for during the construction, remodeling or repair in a residential and light commercial setting.
  • Decking, framing, tile, flooring, cabinets, windows, staining, or other custom jobs.

Job Requirements

• Competency in general building trades.
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Clean background and drug test
• Your own tools and a reliable vehicle (truck preferred)
• Your own smart phone and Internet access
• Portfolio / examples of projects completed and references (customers or past employers)
• Preferred, but not required, that you live in south Jacksonville or north St. Johns county
