Department: Drafting

Reports to: Drafting Manager

FLSA Status: Hourly/Non Exempt

Location: In Person/Remote/Hybrid

*Responsibilities*

- Create detailed shop drawings and construction documents for custom millwork and casework using AutoCAD, Microvellum, and Innergy software.

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure design intent and project goals are met.

- Communicate with project managers to ensure necessary RFIs are being submitted

- Ensure project schedules, deadlines, and budgets are met.

- Revise project drawings with final dimensions and additional details for production.

- Communicate with the manufacturing team to ensure that production requirements are clearly understood.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's drafting standards.

- And other duties / responsibilities as assigned based on the needs of the company

Key Results

- Limited number of jobs should be revise and resubmit

- Shop has clean drawings moving forward into production

- Manufacturing has all necessary information on drawings for production

- Work Order and Project meets or beats drafting budget
