**What Youll Do**
+ Perform multi-pass, all-position welds using GMAW, FCAW, and GMAW-P welding processes.
+ Use Air Carbon Arc Gouging to prepare and finish welds.
+ Accurately measure welds using fillet and butt weld gauges.
+ Follow all OSHA safety standard sand shipyard protocols.
+ Pass required welding qualification tests for multi-pass, all-position welds.
**What You Bring**
+ At least 4 years of experience as a first-class structural welder.
+ Proficiency in SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GMAW-P welding techniques.
+ Experience working in physically demanding environments, including shipboards and sub-assemblies.
+ Familiarity with shipyard welding standards and OSHA regulations.
+ Ability to pass all required weld tests and certifications.
**Bonus Skills**
+ Skilled in Air Carbon Arc Gouging.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
+ Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
