Carpenter**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled rough carpenter to contribute to a commercial construction project. The role involves framing, finish work, and general labor duties. You will utilize various hand and power tools such as drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws to prepare materials for framing.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform rough carpentry work with a focus on framing and finishing.
+ Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting and assembling materials.
+ Engage in general labor duties as required on the construction site.
+ Assist in the pouring of concrete sidewalks when necessary.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 6 months of experience in framing new construction.
+ Proficiency in using power tools such as drills, reciprocating saws, and nail guns.
+ Experience with demolition work on construction sites.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 6+ months of concrete experience is a plus.
+ Finish carpentry experience is highly desirable.
+ Experience in welding or steel stud framing is beneficial.
+ Experience in landscaping or farm work can be advantageous for outdoor and physically demanding tasks.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
