**Job Description**

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform commercial construction carpentry work including framing and rough carpentry.

+ Execute finish carpentry tasks such as drywall installation, trim work, hardware setup, cabinetry, and concrete work.

+ Proficiently use tape measures, operate saws, and handle various power tools.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, details, and drawings accurately.

+ Install and maintain construction elements with precision and expertise.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in commercial construction and rough carpentry.

+ Proficiency in framing, finish carpentry, and interpreting blueprints.

+ Ability to operate saws and various power tools with efficiency.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Proficient use of hand tools including hammer, pliers, speed square, and utility knife.

+ Experience with tool belt and various construction tools such as 10 crescent wrench, vise grip, cats paw, and pry bar.

+ Knowledge of chalk line, tin snips, flat and Phillips screwdriver.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
