Sapp Bros. is opening a brand-new location in Toquerville, Utah, and we're looking for a skilled and motivated Shop Foreman to lead our service shop team! This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role at the ground level and help build a high-performing, customer-focused operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise our Service Center team, including Service Writers, Lube Techs, and Diesel Technicians.
Oversee diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
Ensure all repairs, tire services, brake adjustments, and emergency roadside services are performed efficiently and safely.
Train, mentor, and develop technicians as the team grows.
Communicate professionally with customers and service writers to ensure clear understanding of repair needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment that aligns with our Safety Mission Statement of zero accidents.
Perform technician duties and support the service truck operations as needed.
Who We're Looking For:
Experienced diesel or heavy-duty truck mechanic with supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of diesel truck and trailer repair.
Excellent communication and team-building skills.
Safety-minded with a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
Positive attitude and a passion for serving others.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
