Why This Role Might Be Perfect for You You like working days and enjoy light interaction with residents You take pride in your work and believe the details matter You want stable hours with a team that respects your time and effort What You'll Be Responsible For Keeping common areas in top condition : lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, trash rooms, grounds and pool decks Sweeping, mopping, emptying bins, restocking restrooms, and sanitizing surfaces Painting, light bulb replacement and pressure washing Noticing and reporting leaks, hazards, or anything that needs repair Completing daily task lists Complete daily reports Using green-certified cleaning supplies and following safety protocols Representing TamCare with professionalism and a courteous attitude toward residents What You Bring to the Role At least 1 year of experience in janitorial, porter, or residential property care A proactive mindsetyou see what needs doing and take care of it The ability to lift up to 40 lbs, work outdoors, and stay on your feet throughout your shift A friendly, respectful attitude and clear communication skills Must pass a background check and follow all OSHA / CDC safety protocols Want to Skip the Interview Line?
