The Organizational Development (OD) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement. This role focuses on developing strategies to improve organizational performance, align talent with business goals, and foster a positive workplace culture. The Organizational Development Manager works closely with HR leadership and senior management to assess organizational needs, lead change initiatives, and create programs that support employee development and organizational growth. Job Responsibilities Organizational Assessment and Strategy: Conduct assessments to identify organizational needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in culture, performance, and employee engagement. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement strategies that align talent management and organizational goals. Utilize data-driven insights and best practices to inform organizational development programs and initiatives. Change Management: Lead and support change management efforts for organizational transformations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimizing disruption. Develop and implement change management plans that include communication, training, and support to help employees adapt to changes. Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and teams on managing change effectively and maintaining productivity. Leadership Development and Coaching: Design and implement leadership development programs that enhance the capabilities of current and emerging leaders. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching for managers to build effective leadership skills and promote a high-performance culture. Support succession planning by identifying and developing high-potential talent to ensure continuity in key leadership roles. Employee Engagement and Culture: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives that enhance the employee experience and strengthen organizational culture. Conduct engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and collaborate with HR and leadership to address areas of improvement. Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement by creating programs and initiatives that align with core values. Performance Management and Development: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring that it aligns with organizational goals and encourages continuous feedback and development. Work with managers to establish effective performance review practices, setting clear expectations and developmental goals for employees. Evaluate and refine performance management tools and processes to promote fairness, transparency, and career development. Talent Development and Career Pathing: Design and implement talent development programs that support employee career growth, skills development, and advancement. Develop clear career paths and competency frameworks that help employees understand their growth opportunities within the organization. Partner with learning and development teams to create and deliver targeted training programs aligned with career progression and organizational needs. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 5-7 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or talent management. Demonstrated experience in change management, employee engagement, and leadership development within a medium to large organization. Strong understanding of organizational development principles, change management methodologies, and employee engagement best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to assess program effectiveness and inform decision-making. Proficiency in developing and facilitating training programs, workshops, and presentations. Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree or certification in Organizational Development is preferred.
