The End-to-End Process Architect owns the cross-functional end-to-end value stream map and data structure for the business processes on a critical program. This person is accountable in real time that the process works to deliver the program. This is a hybrid position in Dearborn, MI and the team is normally onsite 4 days/week. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience 10 + years of experience leading teams that delivered transformation/implemented disruptive process improvements across multiple organizations including: The ability to assertively facilitate groups of professionals and influence outcomes for the best enterprise outcomes Effectively communicating across, down and up to senior leadership 5 + years of experience using value stream mapping to drive improvements in real world situations in professional organizations 5 + years of experience and expertise with cross-functional automotive or similar industrialization processes (PD, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) Even better, you may have... Document the end-to-end vision and business process map operational flow for program X industrialization use cases including ICAs to help the program go Assure teams are using the same value stream mapping disciplines so they build into the enterprise e-e map Identify cross-functional process incompatibilities and gaps across Marketing, PD, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, etc. Communicate and drive prioritization and resolution of these cross-functional issues Own central cross-functional business process architect POV for issue resolution Use the VSMs and benchmarking to identify the best/improved process and efficiency savings Position envisioned to morph into ongoing enterprise process owner for Product Definition and Enterprise Change Control
