Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager to lead roadway and municipal transportation projects in Colorado Springs. This leadership role will oversee design teams, manage client relationships, and drive successful delivery of transportation projects for public sector clients. The Project Manager will have autonomy to run projects, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to the continued growth of an already strong project backlog.
Responsibilities:
Lead roadway, highway, and municipal transportation design projects
Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and financials
Serve as primary client contact and manage long-term client partnerships
Oversee design quality, compliance, and project documentation
Mentor and lead engineering team members
Support business development efforts in the Colorado Springs market
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Qualifications and Requirements:
10+ years of roadway, highway, or municipal design experience
Prior leadership and project management experience
Strong municipal and/or DOT project experience preferred
Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
