Journeyman Pipefitter Job Description We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Pipefitter with a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial, process piping systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on hospital, industrial, and heavy institutional installations. You must be familiar with industry standards and code-compliant construction practices, as well as proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints. Responsibilities Install and maintain industrial process piping systems in hospitals, industrial, and institutional settings. Read and interpret blueprints accurately to ensure precise installation and maintenance. Perform tasks involving stainless steel, carbon steel, heating and cooling lines, chiller and boiler setting, hook-ups and piping. Work in mechanical rooms or central utility plants, including copper sweating and brazing. Essential Skills Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial/industrial construction. Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation. Experience with stainless steel, carbon steel, and piping systems. Knowledge of industry standards and code-compliant construction practices. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in the installation of heating and cooling lines, chillers, and boilers. Ability to work with mechanical room or central utility plant equipment.
