Electrical Estimator in Greater Philadelphia,PA,US

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating electrical projects, managing cost control, and contributing to the successful delivery of construction and renovation projects. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong collaboration with project managers, engineers, and field teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical projects (new construction, renovations, and fit-outs) Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates Work with procurement, project management, and engineering teams to ensure project alignment with budget and schedule Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling efforts Monitor and evaluate project progress to ensure financial control and efficiency Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required Qualifications: Proven experience in electrical estimating and cost control Strong background in electrical contracting and electrical systems Education or hands-on experience in electrical engineering Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communicator with strong collaboration and organizational abilities Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Relevant electrical certifications or licenses preferred Preferred Experience: 3+ years in electrical construction estimating Familiarity with estimating software and MS Office Suite Experience working on commercial, industrial, or academic facilities projects
